Consultant and Executive Coach

I have worked for over thirty years in the international non-profit sector, focusing on HIV and primary health. As a consultant I have supported effective grantmaking, documented participatory approaches to grantmaking, and supported organisational strategy development. I trained as an Executive Coach in 2021, and since then have been coaching people in the non-profit sector in the UK, US and in Africa.
