Consultant and Executive Coach

I help funders and non-profit leaders in global health develop stronger, more participatory approaches to grantmaking and navigate complex organizational challenges. I have specific expertise in HIV and sexual health.
Over 30 years in the sector, I've worked on both sides of the funding relationship. I spent a decade as a grantmaker at Comic Relief and the Children's Investment Fund Foundation, managing portfolios of over £50m. That experience taught me what works in funding relationships, and what doesn't.
Now, as a consultant, I specialize in participatory grantmaking and organizational strategy.

I trained as an Executive Coach in 2021, and since then have been coaching people in the non-profit sector in the UK, US and in Africa.
